Picked up my FA Vecter uzi from my dealer last night! Its a LNIB full size. Iv'e waited over 7 months from start to finish. The gun looks great inside and out! Was really surprized how simple and easy it was to field strip it and reasemble. Can't wait to test fire this beauty this weekend. It looked a little dry inside. How much oil grease ect does it require? Would apreciate any tips u guys could give me. Thanks .

Congrats Bill. Glad to hear that the long wait is over.
I usually put a little oil on the bottom of the receiver along the side, where the bolt rails ride. That's about it.

Well fellas tryed out my fa uzi this weekend. I got to say I love this thing. Was really impressed! Went trough 500 rds of winchester white box before I ran into a snag.... No more ammo Damn I ses to myself! Went home to clean it and was amazed at how easy it is. Found no wear what so ever. To make along story short I stopped at wallyworld and picked up another 500 rds. Going to an indoor shooting range in town tomarrow after work because i need another fix.. and want some friends to try it also. they're sporting the ammo for this trip. SNEAKY of me hugh?

I had mine sitting on my dresser for 6 months before I finally took her to the range last weekend!!!
I'm amazed at the accuracy at 25 yds using .45!!!
Think I'll keep her set up in that caliber but might try 9mm just to see if there's a difference but DAMN with .45 she can put 'em where I want 'em in a very small area!!!!!
Happy Shooting & what Gun Cleaning kit is recommended?!!!
YET to clean muh baby Geo
