you would think with collector grade, { i know blake smith}having everybook out there on a popular firearm.and all the gun writer's,collector's and all.......by now they would have had a book on the uzi!! even tho the designer is deceased, and they have past from current in use by some military.

recently some mp-40 mp-44 and ak-47 book's have been printed rehashed and redone, and every book on the .45 auto.....

it seems all we ever have is some gun magazine rehash on some uzi info......... and not some collector grade hardcover on the subject..........if they can do a hardcover on that french "choo-choo" that was a xxxx from the get-go. you would think somebody would put out the real deal definitive work on the uzi.

the man and his work!!

even a limited ed.of 1,000 copie's or something.

oh well in the gun book market the beat go's on......... i guess i will have to look at yellow aged copie's of gun &ammo, and some bent earred old copie's of m.g.new's...wink!! have fun guy's... take care, ron

nobody needs a book, they just need to look through our reference pages.

however i do admit all the info is on this site, uzi wise...

that is why i hang.

yes the net is worth something sometime's.

now will just wait on the book!! take care, ron

100 % of my info search is Online. I never set foot in a normal Libaray in more than a decade.

However, I hate the loading and Navigating Online. Still prefer a Printed CATALOG. with pics

it's just nice to have a old book to look through on a sunday morning with your favorite brand of hot joe simmering on the stove. and maybe a danish or two!!

heck my 1988 guide to full auto fun with the four page uzi article,is wd-40 stained torn and retaped up... and my old issue of 1981 s.o.f. with tom on the cover in "dog's of war" has seen better day's..another pic on dvd i just picked up.

and i can't seem to find my action arm's brochure's anymore..lost in the shuffle of a move.... and the beat go's on......take care, ron

Only time I make it to the library is to look up auto manuals.... Mostly wiring diagrams.... To bad I cannot find them online....

Or to use the internet when I am in town....
