You dont need a license to buy an machine gun.
Just pay the TAX and get appoval.
Most State allow it check your.

How ever IL is a Communist State and you can not own on in that State not even some semi automatics.

As mentioned above, you have to live in a state that allows it.

Some how I though it would invole moving. This state sucks for it's gun laws among other things.
