Hello everyone -

After 5 months of waiting, I finally picked up my new (to me) Vector Uzi SMG & SWR QD3K suppressor. Henry Graham talked me into going with a 3 lug, and I cant tell you how nice it is. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, but I have a date with the gun range tomorrow morning to make sure this thing runs as good as it looks. I will post some pics when I get a chance, even though it looks like every other full size uzi, its mine!

Couple of observations:

Its a Group/Vector HR4332 with a B model rear sight and A model front sight.

It has the semi-auto type feed ramp.

Its got the new style sear - i've got an old hebrew marked lower that has the old style sear for comparrison.

Dont know if any of that is common or uncommon, just adding to the knowledge base.

Thanks for the great site!

Kevin

Welcome as well. The model B rear site and semi feed ramp are more than likely added on features. From what I understand all of the FS FA models had the standard A sites and SMG feed ramp. Congrats on finally getting the Uzi. As you mentioned it may look like all of the others, but this one is YOURS!

Vinniet is correct.
The Model B sights are considered "upgrades" by vector and they would do them at an additional charge. The feed ramps, I've heard that they would sometimes charge for this but if you were having failure to feed problems they would do that for free.
Both desireable features in my book.
congrats!!
Glad you went 3 lug. I 3 lug all my stuff now. It is definitely the way to go.
