I got a .45 kit from vector,could'nt get it to work.FTF wouldn't feed right ,also some problems with .22 kit.I called vector talked to Mike,he said the .45 has to be aligned perfect to work and to send my gun back.I have'nt had it long ,and was not happy being seperated from my baby.sent gun and all parts Ups,Mike called today to tell me my gun arrived !!Service A1.He said he would call when done.thats service ,will post results.

About a month ago I sent my Vector SMG in for them to install the semi feedramp.

I sent it 2nd day air on a Monday.

Tuesday they call and say it arrived.

Wednesday they call and say it's done, how do I want it shipped. I say 2nd day.

Friday UPS rings my doorbell.

I pull out my Uzi with semi feedramp and reparked receiver for $50 and yell WOOHOO!

Eats anything now, especially those 45ACP HP's that were making it choke.

I held off on getting the semi feedramp installed because I wanted to keep the gun as close to SMG specs as possible.

I didn't think I would get one installed until I got the Vector 45ACP conversion. It really had some problems with the ammo I was feeding it, and wanted to keep feeding it.

In 9mm it fed FMJ and HP 100% already.

I usually don't fix something unless it's broken! I HIGHLY recommend the semi-auto ramp no matter what you feed it. There's something to be said about reliabilty ...you'll never regret it!

Time line :Mike from vector called me monday to say it arrived.
Wednesday,1pm girl from vector called my baby is done,they are shipping back 2nd day air for me in the mail today.I will post of how it works when I get it.What service!the young lady said they realigned trouion,to barrels, installed the semi feed ramp,repaired a topcover I had in my case{sarco IMI, in parts ,they replaced spring and ratchet] no charge at all!!!!!!!!!I paid for 2nd day air mail.and 40 round mag and sling,28 rd .22 mag.I figured might as well get more stuff .$30 for the 40 rd mag and $8.00 for sling.I dont know of any company that has service like this.rr

Ok as promised ,I came home from work as bbt pulled in driveway he had read my note on door that the package had to be in my hands today!opened box,note:with regard to the vector uzi ss # 10324X that you returned for repair we performed the following:
1. the barrel alignment was off,so I adjusted it.
2. The top cover was checked for proper fit.
3. The feed ramp was replaced with a weld on model.
4. The weapon was test fired 25 rds x2 s&b 9mm 115 gr ,16rds x 2 .45 s&b ,20x 4 winchester .22,with no malfunctions.
5. receiver was reparkerized.
The weapon was cleaned and packed for shipment in hard case sent.

I had box open and gun loaded in minutes,{ups guy wanted to shoot too..}
we shot 50 .45s no problem
then 500 .22s still some jams but not as many ,less with the magazines that I put dry lube grafite and silcone one worked best.dark now, must stop till tommorow.
new mag jammed the most but that was new one sent with this gun without cleaning it at all.
what company in USA does this kind of service?
I have owned a satellite company for 18 years and never have I found service department like vector has!!!

what I found in my box was a new .22 barrel,.45 barrel looks new,spring and ratchet tooth is new,gun is completely new looking and feed ramp that looks great very smooth and polished.
cost was shipping to vector and I chose 2 day air mail back.
I bought the olive strap $8.00, 1 .22 28 rd mag $50{paid $45 for last one?}and 40rd 9mm $30.

monday my 40sw barrel will be here I have to stop buying stuff.!
the 41ae magazine works great with 16 rd of white box .45
