My Mini was just approved...but the screwed up thing is my Micro, which I submitted at least 2 months prior...still hasn't been approved, or at least that I know of. I had Senator Specter's office looking into the transfers because they both ended up getting kicked back for black and whtie photos (the mini got kicked back before the micro ?!?!?!?) Anyway, with the Senator's help, the ATF has given in, and black and white, as well as, color even when done on home printers, are acceptable, just no zerox copies. Anyway, I figure any day now I will actually get my micro after 150ish days...

I guess we are in for the race... My micro is right around the 150 day mark... I still think you are going to hit first... I never seem to have luck...

Just checked.. Went in the mail 3/25... 5 months... Remember NFA is not for the impatient....

I would still stick with color photos... Change things and they get confused...

Are we talking about the same Specter? Specter has been nailing the BATFE for their extremely long approval times, and many other issues. They HATE when he gets involved. Luckily, he is my rep :)
