I'm pretty much a newby to the Uzi stuff. I know all about ARs and M16s but am way down on the learning curve for the Uzi stuff.

Anyway, I went mag shopping at the Indy 1500 this afternoon. 3-32 rounders and 8 25 rounders for $140. I even have a leather pouch that holds 2 mags that was included with 2 of the 32 rounders.

Did I do OK? 6 have stars marked on the side, 2 or 3 have IMI stamped on them and one of the 32 rounders has 40 stamped on it. That's about all I know.

Uzi Talks Reference Library May be able to explain some about the mags.

Yup, sounds like you got a fair deal on the mags.

I haven't been to the Indy 1500 for a number of years. Anything else of interest there?

HD,

You got a good deal. If all the mag's are used

8 x $10= $80.00
3 x $20= $60.00 32 rders are hard to come by at this price.

$140.00

You did really good.:D

I just bought three 25 round IMI mags. The guy wanted 15 bucks each for them. I talked him down to all three mags for 40 bucks. Good price there?

Yes, if they were in good shape.

Just a little FYI for the gun show buyer... Stay away from the Western and USA brand mags. The easiest way to tell them apart is to compare there weight... They will weigh half of what the IMIs weigh...
