ordered the sw 760 semi version from them 4 weeks ago,my credit card has been charged,called requesting info twice so far as to when i will be getting my new toy,so far the company hasnt returned phone calls,,,,,its been 3 days since the last inquiry phone call........do i need to be worried about these people?

I've dealt with SOG quite a bit, never had any trouble. You say you're leaving messages, but I've never called SOG and not had a real, live person answer the phone. Are you calling during normal business hours? You need to call and get a hold of someone there, and they will get you all fixed up, or at least tell you what the holdup is.

this is my first time dealing with them,and yes i have called during normal business hours and no i have yet to hear from a live breathing person..im still going to keep trying obviously....i do appreciate the vote of confidence in the company jimmy,that does make me feel a bit better...

Each time that I have called SOG during business hours, I have talked to a customer service rep.- 99% of the time, very quickly
They have also called me back.
There was a Friday several months ago when their phone lines were screwed up and the wait to talk to a human being was about 15 mins., but that was the exception.

have my new toy in my hand,,,will probably not get to the range until saturday,,,but i like it,,,,,,this has def. made up my mind,,,if the long barreled semi version makes my little heart speed up i def. got to get the full auto....
