Hey all,
I was reading Vega SMG's post of his photo album and he mentioned that he was using his 9MM can with a FA .22 kit. I have a GEMTECH Mossad. Can I safely use my 9MM Mossad with my full size Vector and Vector .22 kit? Are there any risks such as baffle strikes? I know I will probably not have complete suppression but I can imagine it does suppress .22 to a comfortable sound level.
Thanks!
Dan

Just don't use a .22 can on a .223!

I will give it a try next time at the range.

The can would probably explode because it was not designed for that kind of pressure.

Probably all you'll need is an UZI bbl threaded 1/2 x 28...

My 9mm AWCMK9 suppressor works extremely well when shooting with my 22 conversion kit. I use Winchester Dynapoints as they are subsonic. It works so well, that I've put off having my barrel threaded for my Commanche rimfire suppressor. Click HERE (http://home.netcom.com/~brownhen/id2.html) for some videos of the AWC MK9 on my Uzi/22 and M16/22. Obviously, the videos can't give true suppression levels, but they're an indication of how well it works.
