Heard someone was making stainless steel firing pins. Anybody know anything about this?

The only individual who I knew was making the Reising firing pins was Ken Christie - whether they were stainless or not I have no idea. I spoke with Ken earlier this past week at his home in FL and he no longer had any firing pins or mags - he is now making parts for the Ruger 10/22. FWIW

I think the pictures are messed up, they have them switched with the Swedish K - my understanding is they work as good as the Ken Christie mags. They are 4 for $300 or $85 each. They are NOT Christie mags - with the Dems coming in, I'd buy myself a Christmas gift NOW - FWIW

Go to machinegunbooks.com, reising forum.
There were a few discussions about "Tiawan made" 20 rd. reising mags, and the mods needed to make them run reliably.
Sorry, I don't know how to set-up a LINK.
Bummer, I was kinda expecting a $50 mag to work. Oh, well I'll stick with factory or OOW I guess.

Did some 10/22 parts business with Ken Christie's son at the SAR Show. He said they're all out of Reising mags, and presently have no plans for another run. Nice kid.
Rgarding them Democrats coming in, I bought parts kits to support the guns I have.
Just broke mine yesterday.
Got a a smith with a lathe going to try to make one.

Are they better than the ones Numrich has for $12.90?
