IMI Grey tipped ammo (for UZI)

Okay I had this posted in the Ammunition section and NO ONE answered it. So I'm posting it but am re-wording it so it is relavant to this section - so dont move it Dave :)

I have an UZI, I love to shoot my UZI, I recently came accross some grey tip IMI 9mm ammo for my UZI. The load looks really light maybe 85gr? No its not 380. UZI, UZI, UZI, anyone have any idea what this stuff is for my UZI?

I could always call IMI in the morning but what fun would that be....for my UZI UZI UZI. Thanks, and my UZI thanks you too

You may want to pull several of the projectiles.

Weigh them and bisect them.





Would mailing some of the projectiles to some of the more scholarly UZITALK members for study be a good idea?

Definitely photo some of those rounds and any packaging they came in case our board of experts has not seen a specimen.
