I opened up the cleaning kit that came with my 392 and theres a small tool that has a pin punch, what looks like and a small screwdriver and a notched pin. It swivels on a pin. Whats this used for on a Galil? What is it? This is out of a brand new boxed AA 392 that I just bought. I don't have a camera or I would post a pic.

I think the pin punch is a bolt takedown tool. It pushes the firing pin retaining pin out. Correct me if I am wrong. Could you post a photo of the rifle and everything that came with it for documentation purposes. Please also post a close up of the tool.

Yeah, that's what got -- from our description. It's a general tool as noted on earlier treat and may be used to adjust the sight post. They can be hard to find.
