Welcome.
According to your screename, if you have such greatness, you should know the answers to your own questions. :lol
Sorry, I couldn't resist.
Seriously.... welcome greatness107.
You can add a front vertical grip to a carbine, but just not to a pistol unless you complete the correct NFA paperwork.
You can find different styles of front grips if you search (www.vectorarms.com or www.gunbroker.com), but I'm not sure who has one with a built in laser.
I'll let someone else chime in for that.

I bought my front grip from Vector, I don't have/use the laser so I can't comment on that one.

And a pair of hip boots wouldn't hurt either.

Front grips are easily purchased and attached to the bayonet lug on a carbine so that is not a hard one. Let's talk about lasers. In a hazy night time setting or a dusty daytime setting or even a smoky environment, the laser gives off a great target for whoever or whatever you might be sighting in on. I think it is interesting that anyone would add a flash suppressor to their weapon and then try to mount a laser sight. To me, the laser beam is a dead giveaway. I would reconsider the laser sight if you are serious and if you aren't then there are spotlights that attach to the front of the UZI that will really light up the area. They are great for picking up brass when it's getting dark. I may not be good for business but the less aftermarket stuff you have haning on the UZI carbine the more likely you are to enjoy just shooting a great firearm. What kind did you buy and what did you have to pay for it?

Before you buy a rail that mounts to your bayo lug (very wobblie and marr's the gun) or a bulky IMI type (no options for laser/light), Check out this link.
