Ghost Ring Mod?

What is the recommended size to open up the 200 aperture of the rear sight to make it a “Ghost Ring”

I haven't done it to my UZI yet but my Swedish K and 11-1/2" M-16 both sport 3/16ths (0.1875") peeps. I started out at 1/8th (0.1250") and worked up until the sight picture "looked right" to me.

The rear sight is very hard so use a good set of drill bits.

I used a number 29 bit on my 200 meter rear sight. Vast improvement, but as correctly stated, this little piece of metal is TOUGH. Start small and work your way up. Check the appeture size for your taste as you use larger bits.
