If you'll notice, the results of the poll are not included in the story.  I have written the editor asking if they plan on revising the story to include the poll results.  Hopefully they will and I'll let you know their reply.

I e-mailed the editor and believe it or not got an immediate response from "Scott."  I mentioned that the suit alleged the Bushmaster was "highpowered..." when in fact most States won't allow it for deer hunters bcause of the opposite reason.  Also, since the snipers were firing single rounds, they could just as easily have used single shot target rifles.
