Form 1 Final Anwser?

I have heard from mulitple sources that the certificate of compliance does not need to be sent in if you are filing under the corp.

And then some people say it is, which is it???

I already sent the form in without it. So I hope people are right. Does anybody here know the correct procedure.

Please dont respond "its better to do"

I don't know for sure, but to ease your mind, I've sent in form 1's with and without the certificare of compliance. They've all come back approved.

I've gotten two form 1's and a form 4 approved this year under my corp. and none had a certificate of compliance.

Is it required or not.
Some examiners require you to send one, and will reject an F1 without a CofC; some don't care and will approve a corporate F1/4 without one.

So the official answer is: It depends. ;)

Why would you chance a delay of your transfer over just filling out 1 more form that takes 1 minute to do?
