Dealer sample MINI w/ a Micro stock For sale

Check out this dealer sample MINI with a micro stock for sale on gunbroker. Its the post/pre? may dealer sample for class 3 SOT's. Anyhow, its priced at 6.5k, and it has a factory MICRO stock on it. If im wrong, let me know, but im sure its a micro stock. Ive seen minis with the cover over the stock arm, but this one is short like a micro, has the cover like the micro, obviously isnt cut down, and the buttplate is small like the micro. Not to mention, the weld between the arm and buttplate is the micro version. Nonw why would someone do this?
