It is cool to see the UZI on clothing but it should make some kind of sense. I dunno if the questions about the t-shirt are serious or not but here's my take: It's a play on "I (heart) NY". Instead of the heart symbol it's a gun symbol. You could translate it as I shoot up LA - a take on drive-bys for example, but I think it's supposed to be far more abstract than that. The type of gun is irrelvant, except to us. It's an attempt to be edgy and sassy.
