It's taken me forever and a day to finally get some pics up, but here they are; my Vector semi auto uzi with 16" barrel, Barrel shroud and side charging handle.

Here's a pic showing the charging handle.

The shroud and charging handle are made by members here, BTW, and are GREAT products.

WOW! Looks like a great set-up. You know good things come in 3's right? You have the side cocking handle, the excellent barrel shroud, but I detect one more item you should look into...NFANut and his whacky wonderful IDF Padded Sling....Singularly the best addition to my Uzi both cosmetically and functionally....Nice lookin Uzi Redbear - congrats!

Where could one get a barrel shroud like that because I have searched the net for one just like that. I just love the look of the old Scionics suppressor.

member "teps71" made my low profile side cocking handle, and member "JWH 223" made the barrel shroud.

JWH223 did a fine job on that shroud/fake can. Two stage suppressors are just right for the MAC and UZI 'old school' look. Since it is nylon it is probably pretty light. Nice pics.

Nice looking setup! Do you plan to scope it?

The Nyon "can" is not only very light, but it also doesn't get hot, no matter how many rounds you put through it, or how fast. The side cocking handle is also great - a lot easier to use and easier on teh hand as well.
I haven't made up my mind on scopeing it or not... if I do, I'll probably get teh rail permanantly installed and do some sort of red dot... perhaps a kobra.
