On my norinco 320, the lower reciever moves A LITTLE. As in, it barely wobbles side to side. Probably not noticeable to the average person, but I just noticed. Any way of tightening it up?

On each side of the lower, the wings/ears of the lower at the front can be tweaked in to tighten the fit of the lower to the main frame... only side effect is you might scratch the finish on the frame, but the lower wont wobble.

just remove the lower, and slightly bend in the two side pieces?

That's it... pretty simple.

I've never had to do this, but I'm picturing using a vice and gently squeezing the sides in just a bit. This way you could control the amount of movement much more than just whacking with a hammer!!
Of course you would want to protect the finish of the lower by using a few pieces of wood, or a cloth of sorts, to pad the vice jaws.
Is this what you were thinking UZI SBR AWC?

I tightened my wobbly lower by bending the front tang EVER SO SLIGHTLY down until the lower pins up firmly with a bit of extra pressure. It kept my nice new finish on my receiver from getting all bunged up by the lower.

I used a bench vise with protective jaws.

If a tiny amount of play is present, and the gun functions fine, I wouldn't do anything, unless it really bothers you.
Quizkids method sounds like the way to go. My own Norinco has a very tiny bit of play in the lower, but it dosn't affect anything, so I have left it alone.

+1 on that advice.

The same thing had to be done on my Vector Mini. This was the least invasive fix. No bending of the receiver.
