NC subgun match - new thread

OK, what y'all bringing to compete with? Suppressed or unsuppressed? Red dot or iron sights?

And since I've never competed in a sub gun match, what equipment is typical? Whatta ya use for a mag pouch carrier?

How many mags needed for a stage? (assuming 25 rounds per mag)

Any other gear unique to a subgun match I need to bring?

ammo, plenty of ammo, going to shoot at least 100+rds per stage, shoot suppressed or not, red dots put you in open class, there will be mag changes required at each stage-hosers w/large drums will not have an advantage over std. capacity mags(25/36 rounds) but may want to shoot in open class and hose away. Need a pouch or pockets (or maybe an ammo bearer if you're Jake(lol)!! Guys, also thinking about a get together at Hooters across the street from the hotel Fri evening for those that can make it to just have a meet and greet(say 8:00pm fri nite)-Beemer:biker

Well...I will be at Hooters Fri night even if no one else is...probably around 7-8 depending on my speed.

I am bringing my Uzi (duh) and will be shooting it in open with optics most likely as I have not had a chance to check zero with new loads...If I can do that on an open range real quick I may change my mind. I will hopefully be shooting it suppressed, but only have 2 nights to load ammo soooo...

I will also be bringing the 22lr kit and my homemade form 1 suppressor for 22lr for both the 22lr match and open shooting. I can only stay til about 5 on Sat, so dunno how much I can get in.

Also bringing the Saiga and the Moss500 for the shotty fun match.

I will be dead meat on Sat night when I get home...but this sounds like uber-fun!!!
