I bought a set of these for my 10.5 .223 upper on my RR M16. All I can say is if you do buy a set only get the front post. The rear aperature has 2 very small tritium inserts and they are non-viewable at night. All you can see is a small blurry area to the right and left of the bright and clear front post.

I e mailed trijicon and expressed my displeasure with the design of the rear aperature. Here is a copy of my letter and their response:

I have purchased several of your products in the past and have always been
more than satisfied, however I feel the need to make you aware of the poor
design of your night sights for the AR15. The front post is adequate in
design and function. The problem lies in the rear aperture. The tritium
inserts used in the rear offer no real use. They are almost too small to see
and the miniscule portion you do see is so small and dim it is blurred. The
rear sight on the AR15 does appear to have enough room within its sides to
install a larger insert. I cannot fathom why this was not done. In fact a
better design would have been to install a horizontal tritium bar in the
rear aperture. This would give a bar-dot configuration as is popular on many
pistols and would have worked well on the AR rifle.

As designed I am very unhappy with the purchase.
