Oblofusc

In line with my "How many of you . . . " post below, I was also wondering how many bobbed their barrels.
Considering barrels are so inexpensive, and considering that due to the wraparound bolt design the barrel is more than plenty long for the 9mm cartridge, and considering that the ONLY reason it's as long as it is is so the bayonet can fit, it occurred to me that the standard length was longer than it needed to be, and that all things considered, a shorter SMG was better than a longer one.
I bobbed mine off so maybe an inch protrudes from the barrel nut, just enough to prevent my index finger from accidentally covering up the muzzle. Also, it allowed my custom built suppressor to utilize one more baffle.
Just wondering how many others did this too.
