Hi Guys & Girls,
I searched the threads but get different answers so here is mine. I want to SBR my semi auto Uzi and get a silencer for it. What size barrell do I put down and I think I want to use the Gemtech Mossad as the silencer. Also, where is a good place to get the barrel?

Thanks,

You gonna go threaded or 3-lug barrel?

I beleive I got my semi barrel from Vector, and I beleive it was a 10"

Thanks Grandman. I know the difference between 3 lug and threaded. Is one better over the other? I guess with threaded you can only use it on your Uzi whereas 3 lug you may be able to use it on a diff gun.

Kevin; If you go with the Mossad, you need to understand how it attaches. It actually replaces your existing barrel nut on the Uzi so you don't need to thread or three lug your barrel. You'll simply need an inexpensive 10" length semi barrel. http://www.gem-tech.com/mossad.html

This is how it is typically done - I have the AWC Mk9 :

This one been modified, it will pass a .400" bullet, and function fine with the 9mm.
