I assume this was covered somewhere at sometime in the past but since I never assume anything -
For the fastest and most comfortable way to load the UZI mags I have found the HK MP-5 factory metal mag loader works like a charm. I just re loaded 12 mags and tried the Lula , Uzi and HK loaders for comparison and HK won hands down.
If any of you do not know what it looks like advise and I will do a jpeg.

The very first subgun mag loader I ever owned was the HK MP-5 loader and I've never found anything that was as nice to use. I had never tried it on UZI mags so it's great to hear it works.

Pics are now added for your info.
These loaders can be found on Gunbroker.com, HK parts specialist.com and HK forum.
If any of you cannot find them please advise and I will see what I can come up with. I normally HATE to load mags at the range but this piece makes the loading so simple a Grandson can do it..............not with a smile but he does it anyhow.
Doug- The Trijicon Tri Power sight worked the best yesterday , followed by the EOTEC and Doctor. I guess at 63 my elder eyes are not as good as they once were and optics on my subguns are the way to go now..........All of you will find this out in time...................its just a matter of time.
Mag loaders run about $30. and should not be hard to find on the net.

I will have to look for one too... I like my Lula but anything that works better is a purchase I need to make as I have been shooting a lot more 9mm the past year or so since 223 went insane!

You will find the HK MP-5 loader much easier to load then the LULA.
I only wish it fit the MAC mags............yep, I tried it too..............

I have both, I am gonna say I like the Lula better, plus it unloads which the HK loader does not do.
I wish the latch was better on the Lula.

I load mags the old fashioned way - with my thumb. I only ever shoot a couple hundred rounds a session so I can't personally justify the cost of a loader.
I also unload mags the old fashioned way - with the Uzi.

I still say the C3 Rapid Loader is the easiest and quickest I've found.

The C3 loader uses plastic strips that hold 30 rounds............this may be a different unit that I have.
If you can do a jpeg send to jdseltzer@aol.com

AFAIK, the C3 loader uses the US made plastic strips or the Swedish metal strips.
The metal strips come from military ball or practice ammo and were for use with the military loader from which the C3 is derived.

Oswald has it right. My loader came with about 5 of the plastic clips. But the metal ones work fine also. Once you have your rounds on the clips, they DO load very quickly, great for machinegun shoots and such.
Surely someone wants to trade me...ohhh, say...2 32rnd mags for this little gem? Condition is unimportant.

The MP-5 Loader works well with UZI mags, I loaded 12 last night but it will not work with the M=11 mags which are too thick.

I just got mines's from
http://ssgknives.com/
look under HK parts - came to $25 with shipping. Only had time to try it on a coupla mags. At first I was pissed because I thought it would load from the front of the mag and couldn't get the thing to fit over the top but then tried it the other way and it worked fine.
One one mag it wouldn't press the round in so I hand fed one round in without the loader, then put the loader back on and loaded the rest just fine.
I've used the LULAs and those are really nice - anyone know where to get those?:thumbs_up

midway had them on sale
First time that I have had anything to offer since joining this forum.
Since I hate loading magazines, I made my own loader. K-Var's Mag loader hurts my thumb and is too small. This loads (25-32 round) Uzi and Colt mags is seconds. See attached 9mm Loader-1_002.jpg
I have read these posts for years. The information that these forums have provided saved me alot of money and aggravation. You are a great group of guys and gals. Thanks!
