US parts count?

I was always told 5. Now I read 6 US parts are needed. How many is it?

Steve, as mentioned above, read the link above and it should answer all of your questions. *But I'll give you the quick answer. *There are 14 imported parts on the Norinco Model 320 (the thumbhole stock does not have a pistol grip as stated in the ATF parts letter - that's why you need to add 5 parts when adding a separate pistol grip and fixed stock). * This will bring the imported parts count down to 10. **Remember*, it does not matter how many USA made parts are added to the rifle. *It matters how many imported parts (as stated on ATF's list) are left remaining on the rifle. *
