RCS Unlimited and UZI group purchase

Any of you guys had dealings with RCS Unlimited?

I purchased into a group purchase of Mini Uzi's from RCS Unlimited in February of this year. The dealer claims a BATF pending date of April 7th, for a dealer to dealer transfer. Even though he has responded to correspondence in the past, I am starting to lose sleep and patience.

Have any of you exerienced such a delay in dealer to dealer transfers?

6 Months plus for a dealer to dealer? Well sounds unusual, but not out of the realm of possibility with the BATF.

Call your dealer and have him call BATF to check the status. Your dealer should be hopping up and down mad to get this transfer done. At this point this is a problem between your dealer and where you bought the gun.

I bought my Uzi on a group purchase (from Vector) through RCS.

Recently waited 5 months for a F3 transfer from GA.

Currently I am waiting 3 months for a F3 transfer from FL.

Meanwhile, Tactical Innovations did a F3 to RCS in under 4 weeks. Go figure.

Delays are not RCS, either other dealer or ATF.
