SOT2 Looking For A Source For 32 Rd UZI Mags

I'm looking for a source for 32 Rd UZI Mags to convert for use in our LE Only M16 9MM Shorties. Any help would be greatly appreciated as Colt only runs the 9MM Mags once or twice a year.

John, welcome to UZI Talk. Any chance you could get those guys to swap out their M16's for UZI's? I didn't think so.

The best mags you can get are original IMI mags. Vector Arms (http://www.vectorarms.com/indexframe.html) has original IMI 32 round mags (with the Star on the side) for $35. That's about the best mag you'll get. CDNN Investments (http://store.yahoo.com/cdnn/uzi.html) has some Mecgar mags for $29.95. They seems to be fairly good but a step down from the IMI mags. CDNN also has what they call "original Israeli" mags, but they are not IMI marked.

There are a lot of sources for cheap original IMI 25 round mags. If you don't absolutely need 32 round mags, the IMI 25 round mags are the best deal around. You can get them for under $15.

I was thinking the same thing! Don't was those good mags on M16's!
