Nice pics... The guy with the L34A1 looks a little cocky.... I hate smart ass subgunners I mean how much of a cocky sun of a gun do you have to be to not only have a nice L34A1 but you wear hunter orange to say "HEY LOOK AT ME AND MY FANCY GUN". Cocky bastard.. somebody should knock him down a few pegs.. heheheh

Several competitors DID knock the cocky son of a gun down... way down. BUT, he was the only one who successfully managed "the sweep" on the plate rack on all three passes. The last sweep helped lock up the quickest time in the two man team event for a win. I'm not talking about my overall score for the day. :nocomment I had such a mind set that I OWNED THE PLATE RACK, it cost me some focus on the rest of the COF plus an unnecessary standing reload. I don't "know" the L34A1 the way I did my F.S. Uzi, and I'm not sure if I'll ever become that comfortable with it, but I do love the L34A1 more every time I shoot it. The MK5 makes up for lack of skill on my part, that's for certain. And they say you can't buy a game... HA!

Please note the cocky son of a gun was wearing an old faded red hoodie and NO ear protection while shooting the L34A1. Hey, look at me! I sleep with the score keeper and still can't get a break. :laugh

416Rich; It looks like it runs in the family.;) You're certainly not the only one who does this. It's been great to have you guys join us the last few months and see you improve. You've got a couple of great tools!

drw; Very close! Day time highs are in the mid 50s. Over night lows in the mid 30s, but we haven't hit feezing yet. It was actually nice until shortly after we started the match at 9:00 AM. Then the clouds rolled in and the wind really picked up. We're desert rats so Hell yes we were cold!

9mmsubgun-M11; Good eye! That's Brother Evil's re-built GemTech can that he blew up at this year's ISSMC. Notice the heavy discoloration. Due to my fixation on the debut of our brand new plate rack and making use of the sweep which resulted in a standing reload on my last run, he squeaked by me by less than half a second. He was pretty pleased with himself, BUT, that won't be happening again! :cool

JJ; Have no fear. The naked babes are alive and well, they've just moved indoors. You know we have TOTALLY nude strip clubs? Well, they do keep their high heels and ear rings on...

Right now I am going through a bout of depression due to match withdrawal. Today was our match, but since I broke the tip of my right hand ring finger in four places last week I didn't get to go. The state match was our last match. OK enough crying in my beer.
