Just got back from the range. Test fired my new 45 closed bolt caliber conversion for my micro. OH MY GOD!!!!! It still needs some tweaking but this conversion is not practical or for the faint of heart. I guess this conversion has only has one purpose to scare the crap out of the shooter and anyone close by. Started with 6 rds in a 45 uzi mag it went so fast that you thought it only shot a couple rds but it emptied the mag. My inital thoughts were that the gun would out run the mag after a couple of rounds the gun would feed air.. WRONG.. My buddy standing next to me ran. I also managed to wrench my wrist when I shot it. Crap it is absouloutly ridiculous. When I get it running right I'll make sure to get some video then put the parts in a case with do not open unless the zombies attack on the case.. I was plauged with light primer hits after the initial burst. This vid will probably be one for the UZI TALK archives with a warning don't try this at home ever. Conclusion it's just sick..

Looking forward to it! I recall RoverDave's closed bolt micro 9mm video and it was impressive.

Trigger, I hope this video will be a whole mag dump, not some panzy bursts!

I have been back out with the micro. I was wrong with the bolt out running the mag. It does fine for the first couple of rounds but after that what is happening is that as the mag empties the spring pressure gets lighter and the bolt still picks up the next round but the bullet hits low on the feed ramp denting the bullet and slowing down the bolt causing the light primer hits. I figure that if I could get a diffrent spring for the mags that would increase pressure on the follower that this could solve the problem either use a 25 rd or 32 rd 9mm mag spring or if anyone of you know where I could get a custom spring done for the mags. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
