I am a tech noob. I have several vid clips from my Israeli 7 day training session with the Uzi being the primary firearm and i would like to take it from my Itunes and post a link somehow for ya'll to watch it here.

Any idea how I do this? (step by step please, I suck at this stuff.)

Thanks!
Ben

go to http://www.livevideo.com and register (its free)... they make the uploading process very easy and the video quality is great. Once you upload it they will give you a link to paste to firends online so they can view it

I will be working on it today and over the weekend. i have a few good videos to post of my trainees doing several tactical exercises with the Uzi and other combat weapons in israel. Remember, these are people who have just touched an Uzi for the first time around 2 days earlier.
Great progress via repetitive, positive and hard training (14 hours per day for 7 days).

Ben,
Personal questions so feel free to ignore: Were you an instructor for the IDF and if so, what time period? Did you grow up in Israel and move to the US at some point? I love history and combat history is my favorite reading. Thanks in advance.

I was born and raised in the USA. Volunteered for The Israeli Army (infantry combat, "Givati Brigade") at the age of 18. Served 3 years (1996-1999) and then moved into the (like every Israeli soldier) reserves, fought in Lebanon and the Palestinian territories and i am now back in the USA.

I serve in the reserves every year for around 45 days and I go back for wars, conflicts etc.. I also work with the Israeli Border Guards (Mishmar HaGvul or "MAGAV")
I am a Sgt. and my specialty was desert warfare during basic and advanced training and then moved to guerilla warfare for Lebanon and now we focus mainly on urban combat.

I am in charge of my squad/unit when we are on patrol, at checkpoints etc..

I also run training programs for civillians based on the Israeli method of armed and unarmed combat, both in Israel and in the States. I focus on counter terror training using the most common weapons (pistols to "assault" rifles and shotguns) found in the world and transition that to everyday counter-crime training for individuals in the home, in the street etc.. using scenario based training. Really great stuff, i am an intense instructor that truly gives all to my trainees.

Well, this is not the Uzi video yet, this is a video of a daily patrol that we in the IDF do in the Palestinian areas.
Note: In first Video, We are shooting rubber bullets, not live ammo, at the kids throwing rocks. I am the video guy as well as the M203 (40mm grenade launcher) guy.

The second Video is of when we captured 2 bad guys that were part of a group that fired at our jeep.

Let me know if these work or not. Thanks! First time post6ing video.

This is a few vid's of my first group of trainees, along with my chief training instructor.
I will try and post these in more or less order of their training.

Note: These guys have never touched a combat firearm prior to this training. They were issued Uzi's for the 7 days as there primary carry weapon. They went everywhere with the Uzi. We removed the barrel every night before they went to sleep (for safety reasons) and we replaced it each morning for 15 hours of training.

Teaching them how to wear the Uzi:
