Yeah but they are dealer samples---no go for us (non-dealer) common folk. Is that a good price for a dealer sample? I don't follow them since i can't own them. Still seems like a lot to me--but there are a lot of extra's.

so it is pre-86 but not registered, so dealer only?

If that was the case that that price is not very good at all. A dealer should be able to get one for around a grand or less from what I have seen.

gunut,
Your thinking of POST dealer samples which are restricted sales only to PD's or the Gov. These are PRE dealers samples which means a FFL/SOT can keep them if the give up their FFL/SOT status or sell them to another FFL with a SOT at any time. Unlike the POST's which a SOT can only buy W/ a letter from a PD. For me the price still is a little high even for a pre, but they come with a cool extra the case.

86" dealer sample Uzi's should sell for no more than $3,500

$anything more than that is pretty creative!
