I've been offered a used Dillon 1050 in either 45ACP or 9MM for $1K. I was told it has everything included to start reloading.
I know these retail in the $1300-$1400 range, but is this a good price for a used one?

Dean,
I am assuming that this is a standard 1050. They have recently been replaced by the Super 1050. The difference is that a 308 is about the biggest thing you can load on a standard 1050, and you can go bigger with the Super.
At any rate the last few 1050's I have seen on Ebay have been going for around $850- $900 There would be some shipping on these of course.
I would say that the price is in the ball park, but you should negotiate a bit!
BTW, it's a great press. No sweat cranking out a 1000 rnds in part of an evening!!!

I agree with Tommygun, I think you can get a better deal than that. I picked mine up for $650, its an older one but who cares. Be patient and you'll find one they are well worth the wait.
