AC556 Ciener Kit Problems

I just recieved the form 4 for my AC556 and when I tried it with the conversion kit it would only fire semi auto even when the selector is on full. The kit is supposed to be the one that works with the AC556, anyone have any ideas on how to fix the problem? Thanks!

What ammo are you using? Take the chamber adapter out, and make sure that your particular brand of ammo will drop in the chamber. Some brands seem to be oversized for the Ciener chamber.

I have tried CCI Mini-Mags, Remington HiVelocity, and a few other of the bulk packs. They all fire fine, but when I put the selector on Full it will only fire in Semi.

Chances are that when you reassembled the rifle, the trigger assembly link was not aligned with the Selector. Remove the trigger assembly and check it. The bottom of page 4 of this article shows what I am talking about.. http://www.smallarmsreview.com/pdf/AC556.pdf

Doh! I did'nt even think about the most obvious cause! I like to make things hard on myself. :D

It works great with 5.56, and I made sure the selector was in the correct position. Could it be something wrong with the kit? I will try and take pictures tomorrow.
