Got my cac22 back from Tom a little while ago and WOW! I had some problems with it key holeing out of my p22, nothing else just that pistol. I squared everythign on the pistol and adapter and even tried a different adapter and nothing worked. Finaly tried it on a friends p22 that worked with his cac22 and it still keyholed. Well, I called Tom and sent him the pistol and suppressor. He completely reworked the can and it is quieter than before! Don't get me wrong it was very quiet before, but now it is even quieter than an AAC int. suppressed mkII my buddy has.

Tom's service is execellent! I could not get him to even let me pay him for return shipping. He makes great products and stands behind them 110%

On a side note I took his cac9 and put it on my UZI. With the FNM S.S. ammo it is scary quiet! All you hear is the bolt, the bullet impact is way louder than the gun firing.

If you have the chance try his stuff, you won't be dissappointed.

I sure second your opinion of Tom Bowers. I have two of his cans -- a CAC22 and a Paradigm. I was just shooting with the Paradigm on my 96/22 today. It is so quiet on my rifle with subsonic ammo you can hear the firing pin hit the rim of the case. The sound of the bullet impacting the bank is far louder than the sound from the muzzle. Since I live only a few of miles from Tom, I got to watch him build both of my cans -- then we had a cup of coffee. He is really a great guy.

One more vote for Tom's products. I suppose you could compare him to Vector in terms of his customer service and the support he offers on his products. I damaged the mount on my CAC9, 110% my fault, and he insisted on repairing it at his expence. I did however, send him a check after he returned it for what I thought the repairs should have cost. I just didn't feel it was right for him to incur expences, including overnighting the can back to me, when I was responsible for damaging it. Great guy is an understatement!
