What i find totally mind blowing is the helpfulness of everyone on UZI Talk Forum. The free exchange of information is fantastic and no one has resorted to flaming, name calling or other such tomfoolery.

While the other forums i subscribe to, mainly FAL, offer great information, IF you aren't one of the moderator's chosen few, you can be burned to a crispy critter simply by asking a question someone don't think should be asked. This greatly reduces the pleasure i get from reading posts and, i think, stops some people from posting.

Hopefully the MODERATORS will continue to do their, to this point, OUTSTANDING, take a bow please, JOB!!!! Thanks!

Are you talking about FalFiles? I have not been there much lately, but 'back in the day' several years ago before the kit craze hit big they were always very helpful. Maybe thing have changed.

Most boards go through these cycles. Fresh start, building membership, helpful exchange of knowledge, some posters become old wise and reveared. Then people start to get tired of all the old questins, new and exciting topics are hard to come by and a cliche devolpes.

It takes strong, talented, even handed and charismatic mod's to keep things upright.

LVHospiceRN, thanks for the feedback. I think I speak for all the moderators when I say that we're enjoying this too. As long as we've got members that are involved, this is going to stay a fun place.

So how do we keep this place active? I think we need to have our first ever Uzitalk shoot this weekend. Everyone want to come over to my place? I suspect not. Well, just grab an Uzi and go out shooting this weekend. Then come back here and post pictures, stories and tall tales.

Hey, I'm liking this idea. I'll tell you what. I ship a 25 round South African Uzi mag to the best story submitted. Free. Must be new stories/photos from this weekend (Friday-Sunday). Anyone interested?

I would love to submit....almost wore my Vector out in my daydreams shooting it....and the dealer i bought it from hasn't even sent the form three into ATF to get approval to ship to my dealer.......
