I just recently got a GG&G accessory rail (http://www.gggaz.com/products/uzi_ufir.php) for my carbine, so I figured I'd post a couple pictures of it. It attaches to the bayonet lug. Seems fairly solid, but I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. Maybe tomorrow.

Thanks for the pictures, I've been waiting to see what this product looks like.
It doesn't look like it from your pictures, but does the UFIR look like it would get in the way of mounting a suppresor?

I know GG&G makes pretty rugged products, so I'm assuming this is aluminum or steel. Which is it?

It's aluminum. I've never seen a suppressor attached to an Uzi in person, but I don't see where the rail would prevent one from being attached.

I compared Clever's pic with a pic of an AWC MK9 mounted to a Vector. From the pics, it appears that the GG&G mount would easily work with the MK9. But, it does seem that you'd have to affix the GG&G mount first, then the suppressor. Although hard to say without having the mount.
