Form 1 Help

Does anyone have a link for a blank ATF Form 1. I want to do a SBR mod to my Mini. Also I need to hear from anyone who has done this before. I need advice so I don't screw this up. I want to stay 110% legal.

Just go to www.titleii.com/pdf/NewF1.pdf, do this form online, print 2 front, flip paper in tray and print the rear. This form was supplied by me to Danbrew along with the form-4 when they (ATF) updated. You will also need a compliance form-- www.titleii.com/pdf/5330-20.pdf.

If you are daring, like me, locate the area on the rear where it prints "attach photo here", place a piece of tape so ink prints on the tape, remove the tape, and you can print your pics into the box. I have a pic set into "WORD", and played a bit to locate it into the box, then saved it to disc. I then ran forms throught the printer to print the pic in the box.

Print some extra forms so you have spares to play with, I used blank paper to locate pic and held over form to check location.

Just call and speak to the nice lady at "ATF Distribution Center 703-455-7801",, get all the free stuff you want,, FD-258 fingerprint cards, 2 per form, all the forms you want, 5300.4 and 5300.5 books,, THEY ARE FREE!!!!!! Need $200 check (making tax), and CLEO. Not hard to do, providing state is a SBR state, dont recall seein a residense in your profile.
