Hello there. I am a new Uzi owner, Vector arms. Got it through a group purchase with Gulf Coast Armory out of Texas. Fun little gun.

Elduce, congrats on the new purchase and thanks for joining us here. Tell us more about your story: Why did you decide to get the Vector? Is this your first NFA weapon? Is there a group of FA shooters you hang out with? Will we see you at Knob Creek this year?

Thanks for the welcome. Elduce was the singer for a band that I like to listen to. The Mentors. It is also a name that use on other boards as well. So I just stick with it.

I had always wanted a NFA weapon. Uzi from Vector just seemed like the logical choice. It was within my price range, and most of all new. They have a good reputation as well. I am just kicking myself for not buying two becuase as of now, Vector is all out!

There are a few in my area. My friend has a MP 5 and Colt M16. The dealer that did the transfer for me has several nice toys too. I found this place as a reference from AK-47.net. Which I am a member there as well. I have had my Uzi for only a couple of months and probably have less that 500 rounds through it! I don't shoot as much as I would like too, but too many toys and not enough time!

I would love to go to Knob Creek, but I think that it would be difficult to convince the wife and two young ones to go!
