Depending on my Funds situation, it'll be about 2 weekends from now before I get a Beta mag, then however long it takes me to get someone to upload a photo online!
Donations to the cause are greatly encouraged & accepted!!!!

Can't help you with a picture upload as I've never done it either, and don't know how.

I have a regular Beta C mag which is still in the wrap. Do not have a Galil tower. Do have an HK93 tower, but haven't tried it out yet.

Simply enuff-- I LOOKED!!!
found one at my local gun show(well not that local, Orlando is about 40 minutes away) & even found a 75 round circular drum which won't fit my Olympic Arms CAR-15 but no problemwith the Galil mag adapter!!!
Its too big though to shoot with the bipod down & the stock can't close with it in place so I'm hoping the Beta mag solves both dillemmas!!
This weekend, sports fans!!!! Looks like it'll be a done deal so long as they have one in stock!!!
Photos soon as I can get 'em uploaded!

$250 out the door with loader, black case & instructions!!!
Took my ARM to the show & was asked 10 times "How much you want for your Galil? Is it for sale?"
I answered ALL with "This goes into the casket with me!"
The Beta C magazine fits perfectly, plan to send the company a photo of it attached to my baby!!!
I'll post some here in time too!

that photo actually makes it look like the mag would get in the way of the folding stock. Can the stock close with the Beta C Mag in place?

NO the stock can not be folded with the Beta Magazine in place.
But doesn't she look GOOD??!!! Thanks RD for putting her up!!

Looks great!! Does it run well? I'm wondering if it would work with the Valmet 76, as well.

Jest donít try to do it yourself the Valmet 223 is very unfriendly to any other mags then the one that were made for them (it is 762x39 weapon not 223) I have heard of ppl blowing up and seriously damaging there gun because the tried to fire AR mags and the angel was rung for feeding so it wean cabom

The feed angle for the galil in .223 is horizontal. Thus the adapter to ar mags will function.

The feed angel for the valmet is slightly upward. Not all that many degrees BUT, it is enough that any other mag is not safe. Eventually a bulllet hits the edge of the barrel when being pushed into the chamber. This can force the bullet deeper into the brass cartridge case. The result is dangerously high chamber pressure. If you would like to see pictures of a MILD occurance of just such an incident search Valmet-Weapons.com general discussion forum for the tread, "My full-auto valmet blew up."

I purchased a beta mag for my micro galil a few weeks ago. I got a tower to adapt M16 magazines to the micro. The mag fits fine and looks good, the only problem is that the micro cycles so fast that the bolt closes on an empty chamber. The rounds do not get pushed to the top of the magazine in time to feed. This occurs in both the semi and full modes. I shot the same magazine through a M16 w/20" barrel and one with a 11.5" barrel and they functioned 100% with 100 rds loaded full and semi. All weapons tested were factory. My micro fires full and semi 100% from standard 30 and 20 rd M16 magazines and with Galil magazines 35 and 50 rd.. Something you might want to consider before buying.

Here's my ARM with a Tromix Galil feed tower on the Beta Mag. Also running a Tromix DIAS.

Tell us more about these "Tromix DIAS" in yout galil

I designed the AK DIAS several years ago and have sold many prints to other C2 manufactures to build their own post samples.

The device is a very simple drop in part that cams the disconnector off the hammer as the bolt carrier goes into battery. Similar in operation to an AR lightning link.

It requires no modification to any parts in the gun, and can be installed/removed in about a minute. It will run in any AK type firearm, however it renders it safe and full auto only, no semi automatic provision.

That is extremely interesting to me as I only heard of sears fro AK that were permanently married to gun. Do you have a spare or know of one that mite be for sale? (it is transferable) if so plz pm as I mite have interesting idea for you :)

No they are not transferable. The first one was made in early 2001.
