im going to grind myself one of these.

I will give away a finish disconnector to who ever supplies details drawing to make this or lets me borow this part to copy.
anyone else intrested i may just grind a few more
This will be done in my bedroom while watching TV in my spare time. Nothing fancy just one more US part.

I see the Disconnector in the Library, but need a pic on Paper. Want to print one out for review and detail , if not
RoverDave can you send me a copy of that pic to print or is it copywrited?

Made a few disconnectors. though not pertect match. I hope they work.

Notice the front indented notch is to deep. Will this affect its operattion? I believe onlly the rounded part below the hole needs to be perfect.

What type of steel are you using... I am in the planning stages on mine... and am unsure what steel to use.. the milling is no issue... just don't know the type of steel...

I used a solid peaice of Brass bilot. Its softer to work with than carbon steel. as i dont see any high pressure or wear in a Semi auto.
