Most (if not all) of your avatars were lost during the system upgrade. It is now safe to upload your replacements, and the new maximum image size is 90 x 90 pixels.

I've added an Enter Chat button to the bottom left of the forums display. It's pretty basic right now, but feel free to try it out and let us know what you think.
