Here is a multi view side by side comparison of the S&W 76 and MK 760 mags. The main things to note: 1. Different base plates. 2. 76 has a metal follower and the 760 is plastic. 3. Holes sizes for round count.

I recently got my MK760 after a year and I was looking at maybe getting another and it seems there are not many on the market anymore.....I know the Class III world is weird I was wondering what’s going on?

I've only ever seen a couple photos of the S&W 76 in service in Vietnam despite reading old posts of folks claiming to have seen photos from the war of suppressed 76's. Does anyone have photos of the S&W 76 in service during the Vietnam War?
Here are pictures of some prototype parts I made for the S&W76/MK760. AR15 Stock, grip, and MWI forend adapters. They worked great in the subgun match today.
