grease gun mag value

What is a new in wrapper M3 grease gun mag worth? I think it is from 1957 from the printing on the wrapper. Still sealed up.

$30-40 on gun broker or other vendors even brand new reproduction from keep shooting for $40. I would open it up before selling or buying they may have rust
