I have only seen reduced size trunnions, no recoil spring end cap retainers.
The receiver tube from Indianapolis Ordnance comes with the front and rear ends bored out so you can use the original STEN front trunnion recoil spring end cap retainer. It's an 80% receiver tube, so you still have to cut out the holes for the mag well, ejection port and trigger sear.
