I've had several 51's and a 51K. I personaly would not own another 51. Had all kinds of bolt gap, barrel pin and trunion issues. The 51K was a CHAMP. Loved that damn gun, but seen something I wanted more.
I never tried a 51B but they are the coolest looking belt feds I've ever seen. I don't think I'll build one though, but Terry does some very nice work.
That RR G3 would make a GREAT RR 23E....just saying.

I have a Terry Dyer built G3k RR. Mine is a swing down and not clipped an pinned. In fact my RR MP5 is also a swing down.
Wish I had a 51B to play with.

I don't think the BATF allows swing downs to be made anymore? I could be wrong, but I remember someone telling me that. I know the 41's Santa Fe brought in years ago were swing downs.
