This month has been crazy. My daughter graduated college a month ago. I smashed up my hand turning barrels and broke a finger and dislocated the middle joint on that finger. I can still only close that hand about 3/4 of the way. I've had the flue and been extremely weak the last week. My son is graduating from High School tonight. Then the craziness should be over, at least for a while. I have been getting back in the shop for at least a few hours the last two days and I hope by next Monday I am at full strength and be able to put in 12 to 14 hours a day in front of the lathe uninterrupted getting these barrels done.

Richard, Congrats on your daughter and son, that it is super! I am sorry to hear about the injury, I hope that you recover with no permanent damage. It is amazing that you can work with that type of injury.

It will take six months to a year to get full mobility back in my finger. Its not the first time and it wont be the last. I just need to make sure I don't loose any body parts. As far as working with the injury, they never stop me just slows me down. You just have to adapt to working mostly with one hand for a couple of weeks until it heals enough to start using it a little bit at a time. I guess it all comes down too, If I don't produce my family doesn't eat and I am not going to let my family go hungry. No matter what.

    Richard,

Your taking the Mk760 under your wing is a big relief to owners. Parts support is huge.

Congrats with the kids. Good luck in the shop.

I am working on the 8.5" and 10.2" Uzi barrels right now. As soon as they are done (hopefully this week) I will start on the 3 lug barrels.

All the blanks I have, have been allocated. I am machining everything I have, mostly 3 lugs some non 3 lugs and a few for inventory. If they don't show up in stock on the website you will have to wait for the next batch of blanks to come in. If you want something I don't have in stock order it and get on the backorder list so I make sure to make what you need in the next batch. I wont bill your card until I am ready to start machining them.

I got my barrel today. So far it's the quality I've heard about, it dropped in and everything about it looks great. I especially like the muzzle nut as it really blends in with the barrel itself. I'm going to fire it within the next week
