    ALG Galil Trigger

Does anyone know if the new ALG galil trigger group will fit an old school galil? The new ALG trigger is designed for the ACE, but I cant see why it would not fit a regular galil.

    Thanks!

The original AKT fits just fine.

The ALG AGT is made for the ACE, but they won't say anything other than some of the dimensions are different.

fits inside the receiver fine and has enough clearance for it not to get interrupted. stays safe when on safe and does set off the firing pin in the classic free float firing pin systems as well. feels rreally light and has the take up time of an AR trigger. hope this helps

EDIT: don't forget to put the pins inside otherwise it will not be safe as the trigger is pretty low seating and the pin helps keep the safety engaged.

I've been getting the occasional double (3/10 times or so) with mine, if I ride the trigger through the firing cycle.

Anyone else have this happen to them?

Also, is this in an Ace, or a regular galil?

I'm running an AKT-E in a CNC Warrior receivered R4 clone that I carry and shoot every day. It doesn't have the roll pins installed and I haven't had one single issue. Stays on safe when the safety is engaged, great light smooth pull.
