    Ak binary trigger

I've heard all the rumors about them coming soon... Does anybody know of any for sure details about release of Franklin or fostech or anyone for that matter selling any binary type so trigers in the near future?

Wonder how they would work with a Bumpfire Stock?

I figured there would be issues.
Or you'd have an AK with the ROF of a 380 M11a1

I would love to have one for my AK, but unlike the AR series of rifles (that for the most part have closer/tighter tolerances) I would think you'd have to have a contained/housed trigger group to install in the receiver.
And even then, the loose fit of your average AK still might present a problem.
Please, please, please.....someone tell me I'm wrong!!!!!!
Out of all the firearms that I would love to put one into, the AK would be my first choice.

I was a little surprised by this:

THIS IS ONLY A DEPOSIT AND IS NON REFUNDABLE.

Yea.... Seems a bit sketch... But there a pretty big company now. I doubt they would gain much by running away with people's deposits... But... I could be wrong.

Fostechs version of the AR platform sucked balls so I highly doubt the AK platform will be much better imho!! Almost everyone I know had issues with theres and either dumped it and went with Franklins or another variant.

I agree. I had a fostech echo for ar15 and dumped it...

    I'm hopeful, but cautious....

Yeah, my AR echo NEVER ran right and they were not interested at all in looking at it to determine why it was faulty.
It is a shame because before the echo came out they had really great customer service.

No way I'd send anyone that kind of money for a non-refundable piece of vaporware (at this point). I suspect it's a way of recouping R&D costs at the expense of the consumer in the event legislation goes thru nixing these (and Bumpskis)

Since Franklin was mentioned, I just want to say...don't do it! We had one that had the selector break (no abuse a lug broke off)...since they had a newer gen they wouldn't take care of it. We basically had to pay way too much to get a replacement (yes less than another one but more once u figure both costs so we weren't stuck with something no one would buy.

Haven't dealt with fostech more than just conversation but would gladly buy their products. Only way we will order a binary again is if it's a pre-order for a customer that can't be talked out if it.

I have Fostech Echo II in my AR15...runs like a champ. Im super impressed.
I have an original Franklin binary and it was a PoS which requires recharging after each time you out run the bolt with trigger finger, yada yada.

    The Echo II rocks. Period.

(I dont know anything about any previous versions of Echos...or of later versions of Franklin )
