My Katsar Uzi made the SAR Frankengun Challenge

My Katsar Uzi made the final running of the Frankengun Challenge in Small Arms Review magazine. I would appreciate it if everyone would send an email to frankengunvote@smallarmsreview.com and vote for my Katsar so I can be the champion. Voting ends September 29, 2017.

I think you may- it's the complete package. Distinctly different, and done- they didn't even include the image of mine in a completed state..

I gotta try to find a hard copy somewhere. I don't have SAR subscription so I haven't even seen it yet.

My Barnes & Noble store carries the magazine.

    Done!
Although, it would've looked a little more odd with a Norinco 320 stock.

I wish my Barnes and Noble still carried that magazine...they stopped around 3-4 years ago.

I entered the ol' Max-11 Vintage, one of the few projects that I can consider "finished". Full details and pics can be found in this thread.

Finally picked up a copy, pretty cool to have something I wrote and pictures I took published in a magazine.

Probably a bit late but Vote Distal 2017!

Just wait till you guys see what I'm working on now! This stuff never gets old.

Congrats DistalRadius! It is a great looking gun.

Richard, I just don't see the Katsar as a Frankenstein gun. It looks like a well-oiled machine, not a collection of parts.
